Eligibility Requirements

Applicant Type
  • Must be a legal entity.

  • Must belong to one of the following categories: non-governmental organization (NGO), public sector operator, local authority, or international (intergovernmental) organization.
Establishment and Nationality
  • The lead applicant must be effectively established in:
    • An EU Member State (all 27 EU countries).
    • Madagascar.
    • Any country eligible under the Instrument for Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation – Global Europe (NDICI – Global Europe) for 2021-2027. Initial Screening (Concept Note - Stage 1)

Compliance & Special Requirements

Ethical Standards
