  • Activity Type: The support is for educational activities such as fusion Master classes, summer schools, and other short-term events with a dominant educational character. Conferences are generally excluded, unless the Master student has their own contribution at the event.
  • Application Timing: Applications must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the actual start of the educational event.
  • Event Timing: The educational event must start no later than 6 months after the application is submitted.

Application Process

  • Decision Notification: The decision on the application is typically communicated to the student via email within 2 weeks after a complete application has been submitted.

Evaluation Criteria

  • Evaluation Body: Applications are evaluated by the FuseNet Executive Office.
  • Decision Process: Decisions are typically communicated via email within 2 weeks after a complete application is submitted.
  • Eligibility Focus: The primary assessment appears to be based on strict adherence to the stated eligibility criteria (student status, institutional membership, geographic location, event type, and application timing).
  • Dispute Resolution: In cases of doubt regarding eligibility, the FuseNet Executive Office will consult the Academic Council of FuseNet in a written procedure. The decision of the Academic Council is final and binding, and cannot be discussed or changed.

Compliance & Special Requirements
