Eligible organization types: public or private legal entities.
Must be established in EU Member States or EDF associated countries.
Must not be controlled by a non-associated third country.
Eligible countries include all EU Member States and associated countries.
Proposals must relate to activities taking place in eligible countries.
Proposals must target disruptive technologies with a clear impact on defense.
Must include a radical vision and aim for breakthrough technological targets.
Maximum grant amount per project: EUR 4,000,000.
Funding rate: 100% of eligible costs.
Submission deadline: October 16, 2025.
Project duration: between 12 and 48 months.
No double funding is allowed for the same project activities.

Priority will be given to proposals demonstrating high potential for disruption and innovation.
Proposals must address how solutions create a disruptive effect in military operations.
High-risk nature of proposed research may pose challenges.
Projects should align with EU defense capability priorities.
Involvement of SMEs and high-tech companies may enhance competitiveness.
Clear demonstration of disruptive impact and technological advancement.
Failure to address mandatory project requirements may lead to rejection.
Engage with partners from different eligible countries to meet consortium requirements.
Highlight unique technological advancements and potential market impacts.
