Python programming knowledge.
Demonstrated interest in computational biology and bioinformatics.

Internship Duration and Modality

Reporting and Deliverables

Upon successful completion, an Internship Certificate will be issued by the Informatics Institute of Middle East Technical University.

Evaluation Criteria

Academic Performance

CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average as a measure of overall academic performance): 50% weighting.

Technical Skills and Experience

CV and Technical Skills: 30% weighting.

Motivation

Motivation Letter: 10% weighting.

SUSA Course Completion

Completion of any SUSA Courses: 10% weighting.
