Objective: Enhance employee competencies in accessibility and universal design
Beneficiaries: 960 employees from micro to large enterprises in Poland
Large enterprises capped at 40% of participants; minimum 10% managerial staff
Recurring recruitment until October 2027 or until capacity is reached
Eligible: Micro, small, medium, and large enterprises with registered activity in Poland
Must not be excluded due to sanctions or de minimis aid limits
Employees must be employed under contract of employment throughout project duration
No participation in multiple projects under the same call
No consortium required for application
Emphasis on inclusivity and non-discrimination
Focus on accessibility and universal design of products and services
Includes commercialization of innovative universal design solutions
Nationwide coverage in Poland
Excludes certain sectors per EU regulations (e.g., primary fishery and agriculture sectors)
Expected outcome: at least 864 employees increase competencies
Training and advisory support provided
Training minimum 12 hours over at least two days, combining lectures, discussions, and exercises
Materials compliant with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
Use of simulation tools for disabilities
Training delivered both in-person and remotely via Zoom
Attendance and participation tracking mandatory
100% public funding; no participant contribution
Maximum cost per employee: 8,203 PLN
