Eligible organization types: public or private legal entities.
Must be established in eligible countries (EU Member States and EDF Associated Countries).
Must not be subject to control by non-associated third countries.
Eligible countries include all EU Member States and EDF Associated Countries.
Proposals must relate to activities taking place in these eligible countries.
Proposals must focus on on-orbit operations and services for defense applications.
Must include a detailed technical feasibility analysis and design of systems for military satellites.
Maximum grant amount: EUR 9,800,000 per project.
Co-financing declarations required if the requested EU grant does not cover total eligible costs.
Submission deadline: 16 October 2025.
Evaluation period: October 2025 - April 2026.
Proposals must build upon or integrate results from previous EU-funded actions.
